Because Pace Hydrate sells consumable products, we generally do not accept returns.

 

However, if:

• your order arrives damaged,

• you receive the wrong product,

• or there is another issue with your order,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• your order number,

• photographs of the product,

• and a brief description of the issue.

 

If approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
